As the personification of a festival's paper lantern, one could say she's delightful (eyyy). While the majority of the time she can choose if she would like to glow or not, when she experiences strong emotions parts of her will begin to glow without her control. Under extreme anger, her hair glows enough to where it turns completely white. Despite her human appearance, she is extremely lightweight--like paper--and if she wants to she can choose to float around rather than walk.
