Description
Story-related thing, heavily influenced by Mongolian horse archers. Mostly just an excuse to see if I could draw a horse.Related content

Thanks! I'm trying to get myself used to using photoshop filters, and this was a good opportunity!Β

Mad respect that you pulled off drawing that horse, it looks great! I live on a horse farm and trying to draw a horse was the bane of my childhood...
(And still is today q_q)

Thanks! I used to work at a horse farm! Which actually messed me up more than anything, I'm so much more used to western saddles that I kept messing up the Mongolian saddle (it's still a little muddled).
(but yeah, I feel ya, I drew horses constantly when I was a kid and those darn legs always screwed me up. What kind of animal needs that much leg. really.)

Very nice! Apart from being quite fond of horse-archers and what you did with the dynamism in the picture, these are amazingly warm and beautiful colours and patterns!

Thank you! I've been trying to work on making more dramatic compositions with more deliberate color choice! Patterns are just fun, though (Speaking of which, have you read A Bride's Story? Because I just did and was absolutely blown away by the costume detail in itΒ Β )
