Description
A present for my brother's 21st.Fully handcrafted from polar fleece (for extra snuggability), felt, with custom foam inserts and embroidered details.

I didn't stuff it, I used custom-cut high density foam so it's still huggable, but doesn't bulge out the sides and become more of an oval than a rectangle shape

That is just amazing. All the little details are so accurate right to each little part and I'm assuming this was handsewen, which makes it so very cool. Stuff like this just inspires me.

Hehe yeah, all handsewn. Although in retrospect I might machine sew the console although... I used whip-stitch on it so maybe I'd still handsew. *Cries* Took so long! I still prefer hand-sewing to machine though. I dunno, feels more organic.

I pretty much handstitch everything and yeah it is more organic. Also for me I don't have my sewing machine set up anywhere so it's a lot easier to get out the needle and thread than it is to drag the machine from the closet.

Oh, me too. I have such overpowering "craft room envy" for those people who have their own space to craft and sew in, with storage and a table and an inspiration wall.
