leafy lungs are a vegetation at the core, and therefore sprout little plants / flowers off their bodies occasionally. also cough up / cry flowers : (
their size varies on what type of leaf their lungs are! i.e., clover leafylungs are hella tiny while tree leafy lungs can reach the size of humans or a little taller.
