leafy lungs are a vegetation at the core, and therefore sprout little plants / flowers off their bodies occasionally. also cough up / cry flowers : (
though their appearance is usually androgynous, their size varies on what type of leaf their lungs are! i.e., clover leafylungs are hella tiny while tree leafy lungs can reach the size of humans or a little taller.
