I used photoshop CS2, i can assume it will work in a similar way in new editions.

This is really neat! But beyond the grain the rest of the settings don't work with my computer. :3 I got it to work but I had to diverge from your method to do so.

Umm, I can't get the green colouring in. Everything else is working fine. Do you know what could be going wrong?

Apologies for the late reply, not really been on DA much recently.
If i remember correctly, sometimes the background colour you pick can affect the outcome, ie switch between black and white.

If the green colouring isn't working it's likely because you have the "Glow Brightness" in Neon Glow set too high. Personally I found the settings in the tutorial were too high to give me green, too.
