Sprigatito, Sprigatito, Sprigatito.....I used to be one of the people who knew this would never be my definitive choice for my starter of Paldea, the only reason I said that wasn't because I kne it would stand because why wouldn't it, no no no no it was actually that it's probably gonna go into the "I'm a real girl" group alongside Delphox and Primarina. Two pokemon I will never choose because 1: I ain't a simp, and 2: I don't want a 100% female as my partner pokemon, it feels wierd and not in a good way, the uncomfortable wierd ya know. So yeah, I had in mind that Sprigatito would never be an option....

Skip all the way to November when all the leaks about Starter evolutions were revealed, I was already there trying to find out what are 3 little cuties will be turning into, and surprisingly, Sprigatito actually has a great & cool evolution line when compared to the other 2. Floragato is the teen stage of this evolution line and it's quite a surprise when expectations get thrown out the window, I actually quite like this one. A dark type with a great/cool design, I actually really like this. Then Meowscarada comes and oh my when you ignore the "magician" name it was given, it looks like some kind of Masquerade, a hero that fights from within the darkness, making sure that bad guys are put down before the dawn of milk time. This line is actually really good, like it feels as good as Cinderance's line and he brought me back to pokemon. It's a complete twist of events that's making me rethink my decision again on who I actually want to take with me, I mean this is really cool and I just......I need some time to think about it, good job GameFreak, ya got me to really like another Grass Starter, maybe not as much as Hooshadohood, but still...good job. If I do choose Sprigatito as my starter, I will forever name her..."Lily"
