I got this done today, cause i used my friend's ~ElliotRiot shading style which saves a lot of time.
Sorry, he doesnt actually look like a bodybulider, cause muscle loos bit thin ono'' Also i havent drawn muscle art for a while.
But i hope you like it ^^
I had to redraw it cause old sketch was full of detail mistakes.

Well, you have to make shading layer multiply, color it all in dark color, make lower opacity for that layer, then use the eraser and change it's opacity to 10%
Then just erase until you think shading is turning good.
Hope its good, im bad at explaining things ^^'
I'll ask my friend permission to make tutorial about this shading.
Usually shading takes me hours, so this took me about an hour to do, so yeah.
