i just have idea to draw somenthing new and then i have idea for this picture, yeah that quality is terrible!! you asked why Topy not have his wand? because Cortex deprived it!(because Tropy didnt want to pose in this picture and then he is angry here and after this picture the situation is approximately like this [link] ) characters here: Neo Cortex, Nina Cortex, N.
