First of all, you draw muscled arms very well done, and currently it seems more detailed, The veins seems to be in sync with the volume of the arm musculature and also it got some fur that make them more realistic for an anthropomorphic animal :U Annd fuck yes! I have to say once again that you got a pretty sense of perspective, I like the way how his ab and back/neck are inclined and how it suits with his whole pose, I love his face too, sounds kinda scary, as the title sugest, don't mess with him :U anyways I would love pet him
and, the background is pretty well done too, specially the sky and clouds texture <3

Arms were the most funniest part to do here, mostly the veins, they are easy to draw
And really? Ahh, well, i tried on this, at least first time i used circles to start the drawing, they helped me a lot
