I'm really curious how you got this wonderful under water effect, with everything fading into the background!

I used SSS to create an atmosphere in the scene. I have a tutorial and a free download to help get this effect using Iray in Dazstudio.

I have had a lot of problems actually LOL. I just couldn't get the atmosphere to look right no matter what I did or settings I used. Well, at one point it looked pretty good, but by then my camera was a bit too far away for my scene. I will have to experiment more But it does seem that how close your camera is to the atmosphere, that it effects how it appears.

Yeah the density of the atmosphere will depend on where the camera is. You can increase the size of the Scattering measurement Distance in the surface tab. If you set it anywhere up to 1000 rather than 100 (which is the default) it gets thinner

Let me know if you need more help

Yea, I went all the way up to 3000 or 5000 and all the way down to 25. Nothing worked >_>  So the trick I need to learn is having my camera close on a figure and still getting that atmosphere.

Is the atmosphere too thick or not showing at all?

It is too thick. Even playing with the numbers. I haven't experimented with it again yet, but I think I will very soon

Nice. Didn't you want to make an animation of this scene? You know, where they spin around the centre of the view point.
Oh well... might steal this idea from you one day and try it myself... LOL.

Animation is not my strong point and the I don't have the time to render out animations unfortunately. It would be pretty cool to see it in motion though.
