Yes. My schools farm has two herds of sheep (ones for males other females) and their pen is close to the art block which holds 6 classrooms, two spare rooms and a staffroom and they are close to I block which has two classrooms. 

You can hear them whenever you in any of the rooms i just mentioned. And then there is the classroom down at the farm.
