Glad you took well into account her full form with the fins, and the various change of tone for her head, most people would either cut that out or not include it at all.

Erm... I can say that the only change on her is that the "scales" in OoT64 were from up towards down... and in OoT3D they are from down towards up... and this makes this version a bit more like "I wanna see boobs" cause the upper half is now shown...

basicly what they did was the equivelent of pulling the skin from right under her boobs up to form some kind of makeshift bra. it looked fine on young Ruto, but on adult Ruto it looks rediculous. We didnt need that 10 years ago and we dont need it now.
