Personality: Fei has a naturally creative and intelligent mind, which shows in the way he interacts with and backs up his sister. He's talkative and posseses a great sense of humor which, paired with his good looks, makes him quite the ladies' man. He's rather laid back, but seeks constant change. Fei is a little bit fickle on an emotional level, but is very dependable on the job. While working, like his sister, he tends to become cold, cruel, and sarcastic, but his occasionally obnoxious personality always shows through. In any dangerous case involving friends and/or relatives Fei will become extremely aggressive and may even become more dangerous than his sister. Fei gets riled up quite easily, which is not the case with much of the Chang bloodline. He holds grudges forever and always keeps his promises... and threats.
History: Fei was born on September 9 with his sister in a hospital in Hong Kong. He recieved much the same training as Hsien-ko did, but tended to be more distracted from his studies. He excelled at all he did, but never took a liking to school. He was always quite the trouble maker. Fei has mastered many forms of martial arts, but has yet to completely master his forces.
Fighting style/Weapons: Fei is fast and incredibly strong, and uses this advantage to an extreme. He lets his body move on its own and lines up attacks so that if one misses, another will be right there to make up for it. Fei relies heavily on manipulating his opponents moves to get them into positions so that he can execute his own moves with more accuracy and power. Fei prefers long range weapons and guns as opposed to hand to hand combat or handheld weaponry. Preferred weapons include a vast collection of customized weaponry that can no longer be identified, a highly customized hang gun, and an array of semi-automatic weaponry.
