a storyboard type thing that I did in september, based on the colour wheel. Watercolour, ink, and 12 separate sheets of paper, originally.
the blonde is Yoshi. the brunette is Shun. the corpse looking dude on his back in the blue panel is Naoki. the girl in the first two is Sou.

page one has lyrics from koufukuron, page two has lyrics from morphine, both shiina ringo and both translated by the defunct centigrade-j.

in real life if it was to be presented like this, it'd be 14 feet long. +____+ i don't think it would do it justice to be submitted individually, sadly... they were made together, so they are seen together, you know?

Ive liked poetry for a long time, and ive liked pictures for a long time.
You fusion(i hope thats a verb) these two together with great skill.
The pictures go well with the overall setting and theme and feeling...i like the last one.

This is an amazing piece, the words are vague and powerful, the layout of your words are also so poignant. It is an overwhelming piece and you should be proud of it. Its beautiful. The way you've gone through the colourwheel and so beautifully rendered each cell with monochromatic tones; it is wow!

I'm dazed, and in awe right now. This has just made me... stop. My last few days, week, really, have been madly hectic. It feels like I never slowed down for anything. It's 5:40 in the morning now, and this window has been sitting open on my laptop since two, waiting for a comment. Once I opened it up, thinking "Bah, this will go quickly; just glance at the deviation and comment or no." But I stopped. It made me stop, and read, and look. This is deep, and powerful, and absolutely gorgeous. It's amazing, and I am in awe. I'm tempted to say it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, but I hesitate, fearing to say that about this and not having it be honest.
Regardless, it's amazing. The drawings are beautiful, the words are deep, and the colors dynamic. This is an immediate favourite, and I thank you for posting it up to be viewed.

I love how every detail is in its right place. Nothing too much, nothing missing. The colour wheel idea is brilliant! I'm awestruck, really.
The text was a bit difficult to read at times but in real life nobody offers huge signs anyway, so I suppose this part was intended. Even if it wasn't - it still makes sense to me, at least

Last days, I am so confused. Things are going to be better for me and that causes pain in my family. My head was full of sorrow and pain and now I read this, things seems to be better than I have imagined. (Forgive me my poor English)

I love this piece, the story, the bittersweet sadness, and your accents to the text. I'm so glad you did the whole thing by hand, as opposed to rendering it digitally. The texture of the watercolour and your handwriting and all the nuances of it make it real.
