Description
This is a "book accurate" chart. This is a scale based on Kiryu's actual height because of the lack of information given in the book.In the book it states Sorrento's "tiny robot instantly grew in size until it stood almost as tall as Castle Anorak itself, twice the height of the “giant” robots that Aech, Shoto, Art3mis, and I piloted." Since we have no idea how big Castle Anorak is, I left that information alone and stuck with a scale that we know.
Also in RPO it says that Shoto's mech, Raideen, "stood several heads taller than both of them." Indicating Aech's RX-78 Gundam and Art3mis's Minerva X. So with these lines I was able to estimate that Raideen stood at about 30m while I gave RX-78 and Minerva X a few more meters for good measure, and bumped them up from their original heights of 18m to 20m. The sore thumb is Leopardon. We're never given a clue as to how tall he is. I just felt like he was as tall as Raideen. Haha
Last comes Ultraman. Parzival described his interaction like this: "I now stood face-to-face with Sorrento’s mech, matching its height and size almost exactly." So I made Ultraman 59m tall.
That's it. I hope you guys enjoy this!

Parzival says that Leopardon grew to about 100m tall the first time he summoned it, and this was inside his fortress, which he designed meticulously. So I reckon he knew about how long the runway was - and Leopardon spanned the whole thing. But Leopardon was depicted as much smaller than Mecha-Godzilla. So perhaps Godzilla was about 200m tall, and Ernie meant to make Ultraman 159 meters tall instead of 59m (I'm citing you here, as I don't remember the 59m part).
