With an incredible running speed, moderate physical strength and an army of Mafiosi under his belt, he's the second most powerful being in the city, second only to Bruce Wayne.
Cold and uncaring at times, a softer side of him shows only to those close to him, being only a very select few; His significant other, Gun Mall, his sister, Chick Habit, his best friend, Bruce Wayne, and, although it may not appear to be so, his former girlfriend, Roxanne Hartigan.

Doctor: Ah. It must have been hard for you.

Turn: Not really. Women dropped to my feet at the snap of my fingers, and that's all I really needed to pull though. Neh-hehe.

Doctor: So I take it you enjoy sexual action?

Turn: Enjoy it? Pffft. I'm a walking sex god with a twelve inch penis. You do the math.

Doctor: Haha. That's...nice to know. End of Interview number one.

Interview #2
Doctor: Date is December 13th, 9:16 A.M. Patient name is Antonio Rivera.

Turn: Doctor! Nice to see you 'round these parts again...

Doctor: It's nice to see you too, Antonio. Now, what can you tell me about your friends? Your enemies?

Turn: Merp. Well, I can tell you right now that if you were to lay a finger on my girl, I'd personally make sure you lost that finger.

Doctor: That seems quite protective of you, and who is 'your girl'?

Turn: My girl? You know her. You've seen her 'round these parts before.

Doctor: I have?

Turn: Yup. Gun Mall, you should remember her.

Doctor: Ah! Yes, yes. I recall her...quite the 'explosive' personality.

Turn: ...That's hilarious.

Doctor: Quite so. End of interview number two.

Interview #3
Doctor: Today is February 18th, time is 4:53 P.M. Patient name is Antonio Rivera.

Turn: HAHAHA...HAHA...HA. Ooohh~ Lookit! Catwoman's over there! Hey there, beautiful~!

Doctor: Antonio, please. I ask of you to concentrate.

Turn: Meh...You're no fun.

Doctor: And you're saying Catwoman is more fun than I am?

Turn: Fuck yeah. I'd drop to her feet any day.

Doctor: But didn't you say you have a significant other?

Turn: I do. I don't have feelings for Catwoman, it's just a man's impulse. My heart belongs to one and one woman only.

Doctor: That being Gun Mall or Roxanne?

Turn: Roxie? Fffff. That slut still owes me five bucks! Tells me what to do all the time and nags me, hell, I never get a 'Good Job, Tony' unless we finished having sex.

Doctor: I see you two have unresolved issues...

Turn: Issues? More like psychotic episodes from her. She acts like my whore of a mom.

Doctor: If I'm not mistaken, your parents passed away. Wouldn't a motherly-figured be something you should look foreward too?

Turn: Yeah, I guess so. It's just that I don't want a mom who used to give me a blow job.

Doctor: ...Alright then. End of interview number three.

Interview #4
Doctor: I am sorry to say, but the interviews will stop here. Our patient Antonio Rivera has, somehow, managed to break free along with Edward Nigma and Harvey Dent. We suspect they have been planning this escape for a while, but we were too blind to pay any attention.

Game Appearance
Turnpike appears as a Boss after you fight Scarecrow the second time. You go to the Graveyard and find him sitting infront of a random grave. He quickly snaps at you and smirks, saying how he has been waiting to take on Batman himself for a while now. He then pulls out a Tommy gun from his jacket and 2 men in suits will come out from behind two graves. Those two men are Robin and Ivan. Robin will proceed to run around throwing bombs at you and leaving bombs randomly on the floor while Ivan hides behind graves at jumps on you when you least expect it. Turnpike, with a Tommy gun in his hand, will shoot you if he sees you and will not stop.
In order to defeat them, you must take down all three of them. Robin is the easiest, but somewhat dangerous to take out. All you have to do is walk up to him, try not to get hit by a bomb and take him out as you would with any other goon. Ivan is a little more tricky. Once he jumps on you, you must press the A button quickly to pull him off your back. He will quickly stand up and try to run away, so you have to be fast when it comes to landing a hit on him.
Once you get to Turnpike, you must be careful not to let him see you. If he sees you, he will shoot you and quickly bolt off in another direction, allowing him to keep moving away from you quickly. To get him, you have to Corner Cover against a tombstone and wait for him to get close, aim your Batarang and then throw it, knocking the Tommy Gun out of his hand. He'll yelp and go into a defensive stance, and after that, you have a hand-to-hand combat until he finally knocks out and you win the Boss battle.
