I made this drawing for a friend who recently started with digital drawing! I gave her the assignment to draw a Jigglypuff, which she later put in a forest like area. Since it was her birthday recently and I wanted to encourage her, I came up with my version of the drawing she had made. I took some inspiration from a couple of Jiggly's TCG cards as well.
