It's okay to save of course. Β Most images have a download button right beside them and you're free to use it. Β It's actually very flattering for most to have other people like their work enough to want a copy.
As for re-posting it's always best to get permission from the artist / Model first (Whichever has it posted) because the images always are posted under copyright. Β You could get into trouble if you don't get permission. Β Of course if they're okay with it, have at it and enjoy. Β
