Some people wait for their ship to come in, others just wait on the tide.

Our tides here can be up to 15 feet high.  It's quite impressive to watch the harbour fill up.

This still BEGS for a painting lol. It makes me think of classic paintings. There's even atmospheric perspective lol.

Feel free to have a go at it.  But promise me a copy.

I've been thinking about it for a long time. I had a list of planned future paintings, right up to like eight of them...that went right out of the window lol. I didn't complete the first one, a not-too-bad painting of a tanned nude on a beach. Then I went and copied someone's watercolor vampire painting(male) and turned it female, didn't finish that one lol. Both those are begging and pleading to be finished, but my head's just not in it. And the other seven ideas in that list just sit on my computer. I 'promised' a new local girl I met I would draw her. I started it...but who knows...

I've been through much the same, life keeps taking me away from projects that would help me express myself.  Now mostly I just sit and stare at the unfinished work and can't seem to find the ambition or inspiration to get it done.

So you DO get it. I guess photography and other forms of art aren't so different. I've always suspect I have a touch of ADHD. Maybe so, maybe not, but I do find focus hard and finishing things hard. If a project takes  more than a week...omg lol. I'm making daily schedules, so that's helping, but I still find myself wandering and suddenly feeling like playing AC Unity instead or watching YouTube lol.

I also wanna say I think Tanis is one of the most beautiful women on this site. She's not too thin and not too plump, not to say plump women aren't attractive. And especially in your photography with her, she glows and grins and everything. I'm sorry... It's just I was revisiting her yesterday a little bit. I usually don't remember models here that much. But, then again, I did draw her a time or two. I think the one I did with the pastel sticks was interesting. I'm still amazed by it. I didn't choose real life colors and didn't have a guide drawing, just free hand.

You are right.  It's not actually sand, it's the mud flats here in the Bay of Fundy.

I should remember that you have taken others photos of this bay and low tide right?
