I intended on touching on this and may as well drop an early reveal.Flynn must've got the majority of his programs for his network framework from somewhere, and Beck would be no different.
If it doesn't look like the user they didn't program it, pretty simple.
This isn't the Beck from Uprising/Legacy. That grid is gone, backed up on a jump and dormant on a necklace. This is the source Beck from the system vast that got copied over to the Legacy Grid (like Tron).
