Description
The Challenger Chain, plus the new islands, including the Oueda Chain and the western islands (Sanctuaria, Palatu and Torefi). I will update this with some nice markers soonish.

Here's some initial detail on the Challenger Chain and the various groups that compose it:

Challenger Group:
Challenger Island - home of the IPL. Contains an airport, seaport, lighthouse, commercial district, two residential districts, several arenas, an intricate subway system, ferry ports, mountainside resort, frozen lake, deserts, and IPL HQ.
Selfyr Island - home of the large Selfyr Island research complex. Only the western half of this island can be explored, the eastern half is restricted, although a heavily barricaded road allows access to Challenger Island via the C2 bridge.
Ula Island - also known as Resort Island, home to the two-level Q Arena, several resorts on the northern half, ferry ports and a bridge connecting it to Selfyr Island.
Fa'ana Island - a protected island restricted to outsiders. Do not go here, it is Most Dangerous.
Moega Island - a forested, unsettled island.
Tennant Island Chain - a set of unsettled islands containing radar stations for Challenger Island.

Western Islands Group:
Torefi Island - unsettled island, contains ruins from a pre-IPL civilisation. Isolated weather phenomena tend to occur on this island.
Palatu Island - a forested, unsettled island known for its small status of Slowking.
Sanctuaria Island - billed as the home of the "Future Poketopia", the island is known for rare and exotic Pokémon and even rarer δ-types.

Oueda Chain:

Oueda Chain: a set of unsettled islands except for the largest (Oueda Island) that contains a research centre and TWS set.
