Isabel sighed as she looked into the bathroom mirror. She had light delicate skin with long dark hair that fell past her shoulders. The dance party was boring and now she stood in front of the mirror trying to figure out how she was going to reapply her lipstick when she didn’t have a reflection. As she stood there the bathroom door opened and in strolled a tall woman with long red hair. The woman looked at her missing reflection and then smiled softly. “Here to find a meal madam vampire?” She asked as she fixed her own lipstick. Isabel could sense that she was far from human herself and looked back at her as realized what she was. “I find leaving a trail of bodies tends to cause more trouble than it’s worth. What about you succubus? Are you here for a meal?” Isabel asked. The woman capped her lipstick and took a step closer to her “Maybe a snack. I’m actually rather fond of mortals. May I help you with that? It has to be a pain to put on without a reflection” The woman asked her eyes taking Isabel in. Isabel smiled as she met her eyes “I would appreciate that” She said Isabel’s curiosity sparked by her. She handed her the lipstick and the woman leaned very close as she applied it. She finished quickly and then gave Isabel a wink “All ready now my dear. I will see you out there” The woman said.

The woman left first and Isabel followed shortly afterwards. She noticed the woman taking in the dance going on and approached her. “How are you at leading?” Isabel asked giving her a playful smile. The woman turned taking her hand and brought it carefully to her lips. “It would not be my first time” She said with a charming smile. “I am Sabine, may I ask for your name?” The woman asked. “A pleasure. My name is Isabel” Isabel said.

All eyes were on them when they entered the dance floor. They moved together as if they had danced together forever, smiling and flirting the whole way. As the dance came to an end, they were the only ones dancing and both of them stood there and stared at each other as the music came to an end.

“Are you busy after this?” Sabine asked. “The night is young. It would be a shame to end it here” Isabel said.
