I will also be posting my Draw Every Day Meme, but since I can't finish that one until New Year's Eve, that's gonna be when you see it XP

Anyway quite a year this has been! Don't think there's been much improvement style was but, I've gotten better at doing pictures, faster, and I've learned new things with each new picture. Let's break it down month by month.

January: "Dream Trio" - fav.me/d5s5hf2

First major picture of the year. I had the idea to draw the three trios me and Gem have in our RP story. The Dream Trio is made up of Beledin of Will, Omega of Memories, and their Jewel, Medula of Dreams. I absolutely LOVED the jewels in Medula's diadem and her necklace, and all in all I loved the picture. It's still my favorite picture of my darling Omega X3

Here are the other two trios; "Music Trio" was in February and "Weaver Trio" in March but felt they should be included here with the first trio. Also putting Dream Trio's thumbnail just because it looks cool with the three of them lined up XP

Also here's an honorable mention for January, "Palace Nap" It has its problems but I loved the background:

February: "Young Love" - fav.me/d5uvkdg

This one was a no brainer really X3 I was sorta torn between featuring it or "Music Trio" but felt it would be better to put the latter's thumbnail up with "Dream Trio" The candy bubbles in this picture were the main reason I wanted it featured. I painted one of them then used the hue and saturation sliders to get all of those awesome colors. I still think they look so awesome, and Moriko giving Aiolus a little kiss on the cheek is too cute to resist <3

March: "Tatiana of Sorrow" - fav.me/d5y1aun

I came up with Tatiana then drew her and just loved her hair. I got her colored in SAI pretty quickly and I've always just loved the picture. She used to live in a cold, snowy realm filled with music created by the sorrows of the world and it's just got this haunting beauty. She and Renvir were another big couple earlier this year, and they've got a daughter named Helen now. Her hair is my favorite part of this picture.

Honorable mention for March is "Easter 2013" which I also loved for the background if nothing else:

April: "Nemo, Anana, and Trevor" - fav.me/d62v3kq

During April I came up with a style for dragon muzzles, so they no longer needed to have the peach muzzles and they look more...like dragons XD This was a big time for them too. Aphrodite was brought into the RP, and she adopts little Anana, the girl in the middle, then has her twin boys, Nemo and Trevor, with their father Chase. I drew her and the other three Elemental Spirit dragons that month, but this picture of the three baby dragons was by far the cutest. I love the background too <3

May: "Transcendence: Cover" - fav.me/d660lmm

The big thing for this year was the start of my very first comic!! It's kind of lame I haven't even gotten to eight pages but...that's life XD Page 8 IS in the works though and I will be finishing this comic so, bear with me lol Anyway I actually put the sketch I did of older Dee into the sketch I did of Younger Dee and Akeme and used them to make the cover for the comic. I took the first panel of the first page, stretched it and blurred it out and added that cloudiness to make the cover. Now with this picture I did the line art and colors for each of the figures separately, so I could shift them around, and I made use of layer sets, so, that was good practice. The cover is actually the only part of the project I have SHADED, since Gem does all of the shading, but I just love that picture of Deannalee. That's how she's meant to look <3

June: "Moriko and Medli" - fav.me/d68cayt

I broke their father's heart XD I was inspired to draw Moriko and Medli, two sisters, daughters to Kyosho Yang and Medula of Dreams. I loved the sketch so much I did the line art and the color and pretty much finished it in one day. The background is cute and fun, and simple, and I just love how Moriko and Medli look. A quick picture but a good one and that's something I'm going for as far as developing my skills.

July: "Abel Spades" - fav.me/d6d1i5a

I didn't do much in July XD Just one comic page and RP Anniversary pictures. Abel was the lone exception so I decided to use him. He's a cute little boy, the first that Othadious and Autumn get that looks more like her, whereas Matikai and Orotei look more like Othadious. All they need is a girl that looks like Autumn too, since the twins Eleanor and Ayame also look like their daddy XD He's a cutie pie <3 Hasn't been born yet either, probably will be in January =3

August: "Lilith Strip Tease" - sta.sh/02cyqojesh8c

Okay, nobody kill me for this one. I was browsing dA and came across a picture, which I linked to in the description of this one, and decided to use it as a reference, since it reminded me of Lilith and her...profession. I never finished it and still likely would never post it in my gallery anyway since it was referenced. I just loved her face and hair and wanted to post it for August. It doesn't look too much like the reference but, it's similar enough that I could see people getting upset at me even if I started CLEARLY that I referenced, plus it is kind of a racy picture, so it's staying in my stash.

Seriously though if you do look at the link and see the reference picture tell me how similar you think the two pictures look XD I feel like you HAVE to reference in order to practice anatomy...I think it's alright as long as you credit but I also feel it's better to ask someone if it's something you're going to post, so. I doubt I'll finish it anyway XD

Honorable mention for this month is also of Lilith, the one pencil portrait I did this year, "Lilith Portrait":

September: "Dawn Marie" - fav.me/d6ml69n

Another new Guardian I came up with, Dawn Marie, or just Dawn, is a mortal girl that is chosen by the element of Resilience. She is harmed as evil forces try to break her down so people will lose their resilience and be easier to break, but she is rescued and goes to live with the other Guardians. She's currently being romanced by Aporia, a powerful Guardian that maintained the force of Balance, one of the first creations, who sacrificed himself for the sake of balance, and had just recently been revived. They also just might have a little baby on the way XP I love her design, again the hair, and especially her eyes, with the stars in them. I doodled her a LOT this month, using references a lot too, however this pose she's in is one I free-handed.

October: "Halloween 2013" - fav.me/d6s9i9p

Another no brainer it's the Halloween picture for this year! I did the doodle much earlier in the year, and when thinking about what to draw for Halloween I thought Aiolus and Moriko in their Link and Zelda costumes would be perfect. I even added the candy corn background to make it festive, but also, candy corn is a candy triangle, and what is the Triforce but a triangle XD The Jewel on Moriko's little crown came out awesome and I loved the shading and highlighting. Highlighting is still something new to me and I loved how it came out in this picture. The details on Moriko's dress, and Aiolus's weapons were killer though XD

November: "RP Anniversary: Seraphina" - fav.me/d6t7qj9

Again November was a slow month, and my only options were RP pictures. Seraphina as you know is the daughter of Daeron and Aimee, a big couple last year and still as darling as ever. I did Seraphina older earlier this year in color but did a fresh picture of her for the series, and I just love how she looks. <3

December: "Penumbra and Niena" - fav.me/d6xqtfw

Even though the icy pond looks like crap I do love this picture I did for Gem as a birthday gift. She deserved a nice digital picture of one of her favorite couples and I love how this came out. It was another quick picture as well; got it done fast but it still looks beautiful. It has its issues but I love the shading and just think it's a lovely picture, even if the setting reminds me a lot of Tatiana's picture lol

Honorable mention for December is my KnuxAmy picture, "Family" which I cannot post the thumbnail for since I'm at my max. I just didn't want there to be like...one fan art picture while the rest of the pieces represented were my own personal characters. Remember I don't consider my characters to be fan characters. They don't need the Sonic verse to exist, and I don't even draw them in the Sonic style...my style just still looks so much like it because that's how I got my start...so, no don't correct me my characters are indeed OCs not FCs except for like one or two.

Anyway yes here's the honorable mention: fav.me/d6xcvl8 I do love the background for it and Amy came out pretty X3
