This is also known as Older Flame and Karana.

I'd say redone, but I've never drawn them as adults until now.

Anyway, I've mentioned in the past that Karana develops a crush on Flame over the course of WoLaD, even in the beginning when he's still deaf and stricken with a level of retardation, due to injuries suffered from Mukot storm when he was only an infant. When his element awakens and he is cured, they both have a shot at a real relationship.

Obviously, that happens XD

After the War of the Elements, Shadow sends the four elements to Radiant Castle to live with Kalak and the Elder and Goldenstars until they are needed again. Brodie gets older and becomes increasingly bitter and reclusive. Kamie finally grows up and runs away back to Eries to be with Mackenzie, who she falls in love with during that first war, even though they're only children.

Shadow tries to send her back, but Mackenzie helps her hide. He soon returns her love, finding he cares for her more than he cares for Strawberries the Rabbit, who is also vieing for his affection.

That leaves Flame and Karana together in Radiant Castle. Kalak soon expands on Radiant Castle's rolling hills and creates an area especially for the elements to live in. Brodie spends all of his time in the mountains, wanting to surround himself with earth, which is scarcely available in the stars above the planet below, not speaking to anyone anymore.

The Fire and Water Elements can finally relax and spend time together. The bond they have strengthens, and about the time they turn 18, Flame asks Kalak how they can get married. He has a small ceremony for them, bringing them together forever.

While everyone else is having children, they eventually have their own, two daughters. Their first daughter is named Sunny, and their second daughter is Mira, short for "Miracle" Mira is the one standing with Flame, while Sunny is standing beside her mother.

Sunny wields fire, and Mira can wield water. However, unlike their parents, who embody the elements themselves as opposed to simply using their powers, the two girls are not water and fire in physical form, and simply are able to wield them.

As Brodie slips into decline, Flame steps up and becomes the leader of the Four. Unable to convince Brodie to open up about his problems, Flame has to explain to Shadow why Brodie might be unable, or even unwilling, to help out the next time they are called on to fight.

Because you know, the Elements will be needed later, leaving Shadow with Brodie as a problem once again.

Umm, the only gripe I have is that Karana's muzzle came out too dark. There are other things but that's the main problem I have with it. I also think Flame's legs look too long, longer than his torso, but, meh, what can you do? His boots are partially to blame for being so tall.

Anyway, giving my characters last names is part of this Anthro project of mine. Karana's last name is Lee, but after she marries Flame, it becomes Kamare.

That's pronounced Kuh-Mayor for those who are wondering.

I feel silly. I started this drawing back at the beginning of October! I finished the sketch but just let it sit there while I did other pictures. I did the inking yesterday and the coloring today. Now I can work on other stuff and not feel bad for not finishing this.

Flame, Karana, Sunny, and Mira Kamare all belong to me.
