Man, I was really looking forward to doing these two ^^
I created them in June of last year. This is only my second time drawing them, and now they are Anthros!

But before I begin, I just wanted to say I've got a scanner at my own house again! It's not my old one but this new one allows you two tweak different settings one at a time instead of all together so I was able to get it looking how I wanted ^^ So yay!!

Anyway, anyone reading WoLaD are already quite familiar with them. I'll give you a short bio of them. Btw, I'm going to change their WoLaD bio pics, exchanging them for these.

Kalak is a Guardian of Light. He is one of many that live in all different parts of the universe. All the names of the Guardians of Light are palindromic, meaning they're spelled the same backwards that they are forwards. Though they were all born at the same time, Kalak is one of the younger Guardians, born mere seconds after most of them.

Kalak first comes to Purity Galaxy after he and the other Guardians were taught by their Creator all of the knowledge of the universe, including the Ancient Arts, and how the worlds they will be protecting work. As much as they know, they are not all powerful like the One that watches over them.

Each Guardian of Light has a Servant of Darkness to counter, and Kalak ends up being matched with the oldest of these, Mukot. They first clash over Purity Galaxy, and Kalak is able to defeat Mukot. While Kalak is watching over Purity Galaxy, he encounters the Elderstars, little Star Spirits who were born when Purity was first created. They become his family, and travel with him everywhere. Starwin and Twinkle are the first two he meets, and become his closest confidants.

After several million years, Kalak is convinced Purity is safe, and goes to see if any other galaxies nearby need his help. He is alerted by a fellow Guardian, Ratar, that Mukot had taken over a galaxy and named it Blackfire. Determined to counter his enemy, Kalak leaves Purity.

He and Mukot both meet over the Starlynn Galaxy. Mukot, followed by an army of demons called Malevils, fights with Kalak for control of Starlynn. Kalak wins once again, but because Starlynn is so close to Blackfire, he realizes he cannot return to Purity and must stay above Starlynn to protect her.

After creating Radiant Castle, Kalak created his only son Arandor from Pure Light. Later, Kalak adopts Shadow, a son Mukot created to be Arandor's enemy, after little Shadow expresses the desire to not turn into Mukot.

Kalak is very powerful, but because he is a Guardian of Light, he cannot walk among those he protects. The inhabitants of Purity knew him only as a deity, and from what little the Elderstars will tell them of him. Kalak's true power has only been tested a few times, but over the course of WoLaD he'll be forced to show the true extent of his ability. Unlike Mukot he believes Light and Darkness need each other to survive, and seeks only to destroy those who wield Darkness, or even Light, for evil purposes.

Mukot, a Servant of Darkness, and his fellow brethren, were around since before the universe existed. They lived in the Void. When the Universe exploded into existence, they blamed the Light for the destruction of their home. They latched on to the Darkness as their power in this new world, and do not understand that the Darkness and they Void they crave are not the same thing.

They believe Darkness can exist without Light, just as the Void existed before the Universe did. They equate Darkness with Evil, and Light with Good, their enemy.

Mukot is the oldest Servant of Darkness, for though they were born at the same time, he was born seconds before all the rest. There are an equal amount of Servants of Darkness and Guardians of Light, all in pairs.

Mukot leads an army of mutant demons called Malevils. He is closest to Zinthur and Minruth, both commanders of his armies. He first tries to seize Purity but is thwarted by Kalak, who was able to fight off both Mukot and his army, despite the fact that he had not yet met the Elderstars and formed his own legions. (In Mukot's bio, I wrote that Kalak had already met the Elderstars by the time of this first battle. This will be edited.)

While Kalak relaxes in Purity, Mukot spends the next million years leading his brethren in attacks all over the universe. He also takes the time to destroy Brightfire Galaxy and rename it Blackfire Galaxy. Only one planet remains, named Talmor, where he builds his castle and makes it his stronghold.

Once he has helped the other Servants of Darkness begin their attacks on the Guardians of Light, and after he establishes his base of operations, Mukot turns his eyes to the neighboring Starlynn. Convinced he can take it over as easily as he did Brightfire, he moves to corrupt it. He is the only Servant of Darkness at this point that has successfully drained all of the Light from a Galaxy, turning it into a dreadful place that can no longer be called true existence.

But again, Kalak and the Elderstars, spurred by Ratar's warning, meet Mukot and stop him from wreaking havoc. While Kalak builds Radiant Castle and brings Arandor to life from the Light, Mukot creates baby Shadow. He instills fear in Shadow's little heart, trying to turn him into Pure Evil. Shadow runs away from Mukot to the planet Fiera in Starlynn Galaxy, the only planet not stable enough for life. He meets Arandor and is adopted by Kalak, growing up to be the Dark Elemental.

Eventually Mukot fathers two more sons, UnLight and UnDark. UnLight has no Light within him, and UnDark has no Darkness within him, hence their names. They are only able to survive because they were created using the Perfect Souls Shadow and Arandor abandoned, both bearing the seeds of Pure Light and Pure Darkness. UnLight, though made in mockery of Arandor, bears Shadow's abandoned Dark Seed, while UnDark, made in mockery of Shadow, bears Arandor's seed of Pure Light.

Mukot is a Shape-shifter and is the most wicked and cruel of the Servants of Darkness. He is relentless and blood-thirsty, but despite what he thinks, he still has a soul, which can be seen when he weeps for joy when UnLight is born.

At the time of WoLaD, even after millions of years not a single Guardian of Light or Servant of Darkness has died. It is well known that they cannot kill each other, but can die. It must simply be at the hands of someone else. The Guardians and Servants are immortal, cannot die to each other, but can be killed by others, which is why those characters in WoLaD will be extremely important.

Wow, that turned into a production as usual.

About the artwork. Kalak looks a bit younger than before, but I love how he looks, even if his beard needs work. Huge improvement over last time.

Mukot, I didn't feather his hair like I did Kalak's, but he looks anthro-ish enough I think with the neck. If you compare it to the last picture of him he doesn't look like a Sonic character anymore.

As with UnLight, when Mukot shape-shifts, his eyes won't change color. It's a characteristic of shape-shifting.

Tell me that these two don't look infinitely better than before XD

Some of the info there isn't accurate anymore; these two are supposed to be bigger than Arandor, Shadow, and the rest. Taller and Larger. Think Bigfoot compared to a human.

And don't tell me Mukot looks like Shadow. In my story Mukot was the one that created Shadow, so it was Shadow who was made to look like him in my story, okay?
