"Father, how will it help, to hurt the innocent?"

Now for a softer side of UnLight. I thought maybe this might be a bit of a spoiler, but I've already told everyone about UnLight's beliefs.

So, for a refresher.

When UnLight is born, Mukot tells him that his older brother Shadow betrayed him, and that someone named Kalak and his son Arandor had persecuted him, (even though Arandor was only five at the time). UnLight, loving his father immediately, swears to kill them all, and fights Shadow and Arandor at every opporunity, hating Kalak for hurting his father...not really understanding the true nature of his hatred.

However, as time goes on, especially after UnDark is born and is helping UnLight carry out battle plans, UnLight begins to realize that UnDark and Mukot get enjoyment out of hurting anyone, including innocent people. He hates UnDark's pleasure in hurting children, and women especially.

UnLight is confused. He understands Shadow, Arandor, and Kalak to be their only enemies, and wonders why his brother and father insist on hurting them. Time and time again, he asks why they must be tortured, only to be laughed at by Mukot and UnDark when they think he's kidding, and punished and scolded by them when they find out he's not.

When sent on missions, UnLight begs to be sent on ones that don't involve women and children, and begrudgingly accepts ones that involve killing and hurting people. His desire to be lenient is seen as an impossible flaw, causing Mukot to love UnDark more than UnLight, even though UnLight is the older son, the once beloved apple of Mukot's eye.

It affects UnLight's development. I ain't saying anything else on the matter.

Anyway, I wanted to draw this...I really don't care if I spoil anything because most people don't read the story and those that do won't remember it by the time it comes up.

If you can figure out who it is he is holding here I'll probably hook you even more.

I know it says Aimee Rodnara at the top, but can anyone tell me who her parents are? How about her grandparents?

That's a clue right there And yes I've drawn her once before.

Boy I wish I could skip through the story and write different parts XD I've got to finish the prelude man...I am so stoked for the later chapters!

And yes, I'm loving UnLight right now, hence the artwork of him <3 Now you've got a nice side view of him and that wild hair of his X3

...so the UnElementals can have flaws eh?
Or are these so called flaws, really flaws to begin with?
