having to travel to another alternate reality mightocondrin met up with a alternate reality version of trunks and Android 16. and this reality trunks rehabilitated 16 and using the namekian dragon balls brought back the z fighters including Goku after a conversation with Android 16 he agreed to be absorbed with the condition that he helped the z fighters find the dragon balls to wish him back absorption is akin to death and it's not a natural death so the dragon balls were capable of bringing 16 back to life. what the discussion until was unknown to everyone except piccolo who decided to keep it to himself and thus the new form of mightocondrin has manifested as well as questions to whether or not this bio Android has gone beyond his programming and has become something other than the monster he was designed to be. this form is unique compared to the other ones because his pincers at the end of his tail have formed as well as the tetramand and Machamp DNA manifesting with four arms and four wings he also has tentacles on the back of his head why this has manifested is unknown at this time. the two eyes on his defensive frill are both Byakugan his two main eyes are Uchiha type eyes with the capability of sharingan mangekyo sharingan and renegan with Tomo.
