Personally I hate it when video games give strictly bad endings. Sure the series has episodes where the ends either lose without doing anything wrong and lose doing the wrong thing but for video games it just feels like a waste of time. And yes I know their are arguable moments when you play as a bad guy and get a bad ending but that is neither here nor there.

A lot of endings don’t feel deserved. Namely Ed on arrival because Rolf told Kevin to make sure they don’t win, and even when they do their still the fact he cut up the badge on purpose just to deny them some win. So I’m just saying what if each level had something to get a good and bad ending. Nothing like that time trial BS. I may like a good time trail for a cart game but you know it will drive fans crazy, so strictly a choice will do.

-Cool your Ed- maybe if they choose to leave Jimmy and his dolls alone and just knock Sarah out with the El-Mongo stink bomb and just take the ice that would lead to the good ending where the ice balls are perfect, maybe Ed licks one and gets his tongue stuck. If They use the slingshot on the dolls they’d get meat flavored snowballs which Ed will eat.

-Pin the tail on the Ed-Maybe as the Eds help Johnny with the clams by lowering the water that would trigger the good ending where they are rewarded by an invitation to the party. If they just take the valve by knocking Johnny out, then that would trigger the bad ending where they are met with the party being over and Jimmy mockingly telling them they can have the frosting off his candles.

-Must be something I Ed-Maybe if they make the challengers optional and have the eds just skip them that would trigger the bad ending where after Eddy has his allergic reaction and making it home they are caught by the kids with Cameras in hand. If he perform At Least one challenge, that would trigger the good ending where they make it back to his house and Eddy just hides under his bed until his reaction wears off.

-Ed on Arrival-I can see it as maybe before the race your given the option to trip up Kevin. If you play fair and win then that would be the good ending where Rolf hands all 3 of them the badge. If they cheat then that would result in the bad ending where the eds win but Rolf divides the badge.
-Nightmare on Ed Street- I can see the idea of either giving all 3 Kanker sisters a book would trigger the bad ending where they cut Mr. YumYum in half (implicitly out of spite) but if they get the other stuff then that would result in the good ending where they give Jimmy his bunny, they get their quarter and head to the candy store.
-Ed Marks the spot- Maybe if on their journey to find the map and save their jawbreakers they either give Jimmy a spider egg that would result in the bad ending where get their jaw breakers but are trapped by the Kanker sisters. If they followed the second path and used in game currency to buy him an actual breaker, that would result in the good ending where they run into the sun set (jawbreakers in hand) as the Kankers look on vowing to marry them

-Rebel Robot Ranch-I can see if they actually sacrificed Ed they bad ending would be Sarah ruining their fun. Maybe if they use the blasters to fight the boss; that would give the good ending where their “Escape rocket” conveniently lands in front of the Candy store

-I am giving Revenge of Ed-Zilla a pass considering those are neutral endings. Ed does get some karma for destroying Edtropolis.

But what do you all think ? What are some better ways to end their Mis-Ed-Ventures?
