Isopods. Like, rolly pollies. Pill bugs. Geez, those little things have a zillion names.I think it'd be fun to have one as a mode of transport. Unless it got spooked, then it'd roll up and you'd have to keep your balance as it rolled away.
I made an lj icon out of this doodle.
It all comes from a conversation I had with a friend after watching the aquatic isopods in this video.

I used to love to play with those bugs when I was little... Until I exicuted one... Now I fear them... O_O

We better hope that heaven isn't run by isopods. A few of the ones I played with died, too. And I think all of them didn't appreciate a child picking them up.
I used to hunt down as many as I could find and put them in my hand to feel them roll around then uncurl and crawl around

I remeber hunting for them too in my back yard, thinking that they where one of the kindest bugs ever. *Seeing as they never seemed to care nor hurt.* That if they were human like, they would have me over to tea and jam. Something you would see in a Miyazaki movie.
But since that one day... Now I fear that they want to get me... Looked like he kinda lived even with his body cut in two...
