Very good figure, R-G! Flash-backs me to Ma.K or Hyper Dorvack figures and kits. I like how it looks and feels much.
But it actually can be much better, so i have to say few words about some flaws also. Small details are numerous, but not so sharp for such a big figure (some work with xacto-knife/sandpapers will do fine). Also some more complex paintjob will be needed to give such figures the really awesome look. So there is some space to improve your skills. Still, i like very much what you do with models and figures!
One more thing - technically, it`s a semi-scratch, as it`s based on other figure.
And you know, you rock, man, making such a cool staff!!! Keep going to do such things, please! There are many fans for whom it`s always a great pleasure to see so cool scratch-builds (including myself)! Cheers!
