Description
The character is owned by and i'm making her cosplay as Naruto for the contest that she's holding. I'm about 90% completed with the picture.

I decided not to draw the chakra tails, instead i opted for the wings which i was originally going to leave out (because wings are HARD to draw and color).

All i need left to do is to finish the tail, do some touchups and tweaks on the back wing, makeup, and background.... then i'll finally be finished and ready to submit as a contest entry! YAY!! XD

Please, criticize on things i can do to this picture to improve it and background design concepts will help out too! Thanks ^_^
