Another pic inspired by 's MORPH series.Here we have Godzilla, some time after a situation dealing with Mothra, all of his repress emotions( His anger, frustration, and sorrow) breaks free. In this state he's more feral, and more prone to go on a rampage.

Not a maniac, just reverted back into his primal state in a sense. Kinda like primal dialga from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explores of Darkness.
