Just a character design for his own Dbz story he’s currently working on, based on the combination of Majin Android 21 (and personally I think Majin Androids should be a playable race in the future since I really like the idea) and Blue the Velociraptor.
And personally, I could see Blue (and possibly any Jurassic World theropods) as a Majin Android. It kinda fits.

Anyway, I know he’ll like this, and I hope he does ^^
