I gotta say, this is some kickass artwork here. Good work, I'm loving every thing about it. Batman, Gordan, and Bullock, the smoke from Bullock's ciggerette, Batman drapped in his cape and in the shadows, but he's contrasted by dim lights, the fog, the mood, I'm loving everything about this. You gave off a noir-ish/detective vibe here. Again, great work! If there's one thign that I would change, is to add the inclusion of the Bat-Signal somewhere in here. Just for future reference of course, its up to you.
