Description
Next up in our Animated makeover for the Original Primes is a dude with a serious drinking problem.Meet Alchemist Prime, sixth-born of the Original Primes, student of the elements, and as said above, a bit of a drinker. His power over the elements, even among the other members of the Primes, straddles the line between science and mysticism. Both his natural intelligence and curiosity were enhanced by his personal artifact, the Lenses, which allowed him to see the physical and spiritual cycles of the universe in equal measure. Always in tune with creation, Alchemist's constant quest to understand the mechanisms of change means that he thinks of himself as a mere student of the natural world. Above all, Alchemist trusts his instincts and natural intuition, which rarely lead him wrong.
Alchemist Prime possesses the ability to transmute metals and temporarily alter the properties of any object. While these powerful abilities make him an unpredictable foe on the battlefield, Alchemist is one of the most even-tempered and gentle members of the Thirteen, with a friendly, sympathetic nature that makes him easy to be around. Among his twelve siblings, Alchemist was closest to Alpha Trion, Vector Prime, and Nexus Prime. Alchemist Prime's mastery of chemistry extends to various intoxicating beverages, which he has a professed fondness for.
While most of the Thirteen dispersed across space and time after their great schism, Alchemist opted to remain on Cybertron for a time, quietly guiding the progress of the earliest Transformer civilizations. Indeed, rumors swirl that Alchemist may still walk Cybertron after untold millennia, disguised as a humble bartender in Maccadam's Old Oil House.
For this, I used Lugnut as a basis.
Up next is the first combiner, Nexus Prime.

So why is one of his hands red while the other is blue are they suppose to represent the elements?

It would be awesome and it would be nice if hasbro decided to show the thirteen in action

That it would, and if it wasn’t like IDW’s previous continuity, where they’re all just normal transformers, who were conquering warlords with god complexes who fell for their own hype. I absolutely HATED that interpretation. 😡 😤😡

Likewise. I just hope the IDW depiction doesn’t become the standard depiction going forward.

What makes it worse is that they didn’t really have much of an excuse for it.

Yeah hey do you think they might make a tv series based on the wreckers?

I doubt that they’ll base one on the Wreckers exclusively. Maybe have a few episodes focused around them, but not an entire show.

Okay I really want to see them in action and doing what wreckers do best that being wrecking and ruling and calling for cleanup and not for backup

This is very well done my friend and I knew the Primes had at least one comic relief Prime. It's nice to have at least one funny Prime.

Indeed. Adds more variety to the usual super serious nature of characters like these.
