Took a week or two shy of 3 months to make. The line work was done within 8-9 hours the same day I started. The rest of the time was all coloring and life getting in the way. For those of you interested in the timeline of this piece - this was made traditionally with Sennelier oil pastels, and black micron pens. Thankfully, my university has a big enough scanner for the paper this was on, it's a decent size!

I am so intimidated by artists. Let's be real for a sec. There are a TON of things that are very difficult for me, everything that I aspire to do is difficult. One of the most difficult things about art is the constant comparison between you and another person. It hurts so much because you'll always find that you are much too hard on yourself. Please believe in each other, and help one another.

Always, friends, ALWAYS feel at home to tell me your honest thoughts should you want to. I want to get better. I would like to get to know other artists and hear what their journey is like. Thank you very much for reading this far. :}
