Personality: Rokgar is an intelligent, wild, but charismatic and kind person to people he cares about. He's usually very serious when it comes to business manners. Although he has a lot of patience, there are certain things one shouldn't do to piss him off. Rokgar is extremely extroverted, although he doesn't mind some alone time.
He rarely stays still for long periods of time, even when reading or having an important meeting. He'll always be tapping on the table, playing with something in his hands, and so on. Therefore, Rokgar loves dancing, singing and parties. In addition, he loves the rush of the battlefield and fighting stronger opponents. Sometimes, whenever he feels like the fight is too easy, he handicaps himself to make it more fun.
Rokgar is super smart, given all the years he had to learn about everything. He NEVER forgets anything he deems as important, because he is a nanobot robot infused with magical fire (or Spark) and a special one too. He never loses in mathematical mind games and is even extremely hard to defeat in creative mind games as well.
On calmer days, Rokgar is shown to have a endearing side towards dragons of all kinds, and is known to mourn for the deaths of his warriors. He will always try to help them. Towards humans, he's not so kind because humans are often the ones killing his dragons but he does have a deeper conflict on his opinion about humans due to his programming.

- Rokgar is bisexual but very picky when it comes to LIFETIME partners.
- That being said, Rokgar has never had sexual intercourse. He's waiting for that special person.
- He does know what sex is though, as he studies it from the sidelines.
- Rokgar's body is made out of fire and he can toggle the flames on and off at will.

- Rokgar is so hot that water will turn to steam before it reaches him, and ice will melt and evaporate before it freezes him.
- He is water resistant as well, as he can swim through water without worry as long as he has oxygen.
- Rokgar loves food. Since he is literally fire, he never feels full and the food just gives him more energy.
- He doesn't need to be fed constantly to survive, so he only eats on feasts as to not immediately consume all of the food in the storage.
- Rokgar rarely drinks alcohol.
- Too much and he'll lose control of his fire abilities and burn the place down.
- Rokgar does not get sick from normal pathogens or poisons. Basically only anything magically enhanced could affect him.
- Rokgar hates ALL humans, except for one: his father. He will not kill him or anyone his father deems to be a friend.
- Rokgar's 'mother' is a dragon who was killed by a group of human dragon hunters. It was his mother's dying wish is for him to eradicate all of humanity.
- Rokgar designed his armor himself. It's made to be somewhat electric resistant as powerful electricity is one of his biggest weaknesses.
- He avoids fights with electrically affiliated opponents and often order Moltar or any other anti-electric dragon to fight for him.
- DO NOT piss Rokgar off.
- Dragon or not, he'll send you to the dungeon or murder you on the spot, but if you're really unlucky, he'll force you to fight in the Arena, where it's a fight to the death and he's the final boss. He's known to play with weak opponents and prolong their deaths... painfully.
- Rokgar can change his appearance to anyone he's seen before, as well as his voice (as long as he's heard them talk before). He can literally take on any form he wants or just be a flame, big or small.
- He only ever shifts to a female form to seduce guards, and rarely for any other reason.
- One time he shifted into a female singer just to steal her role in a concert
- His main form is the one you see in the reference.
