Okay, let me explain. A "WTF" is a drawing I make for the sole purpose of making people say "WTF?" It works like this:I draw in a bunch of famous cartoon characters. Give you a list. and you search through the drawing trying to find the character you picked.

Yeah. Waluigi started out very evil in Mario Tennis. Then in newer games he became Comic Releif.

He was never shown to be evil, only to make mischief (and, although being a bit less stupid than Wario, he's still like him). But his strange magic powers, his incredible capacities and leg force and his unknow past makes him really mysterious... and scary. He's a comic relief because he's like Wario: a stupid, greedy ugly guy who only obey to himself. Plus he was shown to have a ego bigger than Wario's weight, considering Waluigi offered a flower to himself in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour (or was it Mario Tennis ?).
All those things makes him epicly strange, that's why everyone wants a game of him (or with him as the main villain, DDR: Maro Mix doesn't count) but, although AlphaDreams hinted during an interview that he'll be the main villain of a Mario & Luigi game, we don't see any news about-
