Description
Short Change is a member of the dwarf supervillain team known as The Short Order, and is technically their shortest member at his typical height of just 2',10 1/2". He also naturally has the oddest proportions, but his power allows him to compensate. He possesses the ability to change shape into anything of roughly the same amount of mass for a limited time. He commonly transforms into plants for camouflage or animals in order to make a getaway, but has hidden himself as other inanimate objects as well.
