I love how Sherlock doesn't look particularly irritated, but rather like he's trying to figure out the situation with a determination. "WHY are the kittens on my head?" "WHAT will they do if I sit still for another five minutes?" "IF I let that one sit on my head, how long will it take to redo my hair?" "Why is John smirking?"
