One thing I'd like to say tho, is that I feel as if the little designs on her eyes sort of take away from the emotion. Over all, it is VERY beautiful.

That's good! But let me give you some advices. When you make a so close portrait, don't worry about vertex and edges, add some more and make sure everything looks smooth and gorgeous. The face is near perfect but the shoulder have a little problem. You can see the polygones and the texture is stretch... For the hair, don't worry! If you don't have the good plugin or program, you cannot do them more realitic that they are now, good job! For the flowers and the leaves on her head, those looks a little paper made. Even if it's heavier for the computer, you can add some thickness too them, it's gonna help them look more realistic. For the flowers on her neck, really good job! There believable and delicate, you can almost smell them! But just a little higher on her neck... What is happening there. Is that a rebellous vertex that comes out? Or a bad photoshop work? Whatever it is, it's not smooth so I see it... Next, it would be the eyes. First let me tell you that they are really good looking! Love the shape, the color and the make up, really nicely done!If I have too say some thing about the eye is that it's the most important part of a portrait, they must be flawless but there not... Let's start with the corner. The pink is a little bit too bright, it look artificial. Just beside, it have that little dark thing... Is that an error in the rendering? Whatever it is it's present in both eyes. It's not suppose to be there. And the next thing is maybe more personnal: the reflection is not bright enought. The light in the rest of the composition is brighter than this one so it gives the impression that this one is greyish. Plus, it sadly hide her pupille. The pupille of an eye is more important than most people think. It's the deepness of the look, if you hide it, it give a ghostly look. In a portrait, you sometime have to bend the rules of reality. She is not moving and all we can do is look at her. So detail is everything!
I believe that you're work have a greath value! You are talented and you can do really sweet work!
