Hey dA, long time no post!

Well, I've been really, really, reeeeeeeeeeally busy for the past year, art-wise, but haven't posted anything about the commission piece I've been working on. Well, not on dA, at least.

Sorry for neglecting you guys, but it's just a teensy bit easier to submit WIP photos on my Tumblr and I post a lot of them using my iPad camera instead of my dSLR, which means they're not the greatest quality. So, with that said, here'so the piece, which started as a smallish commission to create a more detailed base for my Black Rabbit sculpture (which was purchased at the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts (www.foapom.com) and evolved into something much more elaborate. It's easily the biggest thing I've ever sculpted in polymer clay at about 22"x11"x16" and roughly 15 pounds.

I'm nearly done with this project, and will do a much more detailed write-up when I post the
completed piece. For now have some WIP shots
