Description
The first and early generations of Maharlikans did not require The Harvesting to become a Primuru or a Prime Maharlikan. Ancient Maharlikans were born with dormant nature, and by age 3, their true form would normally manifest. However, a powerful Babaylan somehow successfully impeded the growing strength of the Maharlikan race by letting out a potent hex of biblical proportions, leaving them unable to undergo natural Primuru transition. It is remembered as the Navuyahg’an event. Fortunately, Bathala found a way to remedy this in the form of The Harvesting. However, not all can partake such esoteric phase for from that point forward, only a chosen Antawu can go through The Harvesting to unlock one’s true potentials and become a Primuru.

THE PRIMEGA CHIVALS (The Maharlikan Order/Sugo ng Maharlika). They are the illustrious warriors comprising Maharlikans (Antawus & Primurus) and supernatural beings whose primary role is to serve and protect the Maharlikan race on Kalibutan. Some Maharlikan members were harvested by Bathala at tender age of 3 so as to be groomed as worthy harvesters when the time comes.

THE MAHARLIKAN AGIMAT RITUAL UNIFORM. A bronze-colored, spandex-like suit with cyan ethnic patterns that is worn during/after certain rituals. It grants the wearer some measure of protection.

CLASSIFICATION OF MAHARLIKANS
: Average lifespan is 200 years
: Immune to known human diseases except cancer
: When exposed to air, Maharlikan blood emits bright cyan bioluminescence in the dark for an hour

ANTAWU (Anthro-Maharlikan/The Unripe Ones | Select Eligibility for The Harvesting)
Eyes: Violet Iris and Pupil with Cyan Linings in the Bottom-Half Portion | Hair: Cyan-Blue
This is the basic/dormant form of Maharlikans. They possess above human-average physical strength, speed, and endurance. After the Navuyahg’an Event, a Maharlikan can remain as an Antawu past 3 years of age or even a lifetime. Not all Antawus are fortunate enough to be harvested by Bathala.

MYATARNU (Maharlikan Materna/The Fruit-Bearers | Not Eligible for The Harvesting)
Eyes: Violet iris and pupil | Hair: Light Gold
A human female turned into a Maharlikan biological vessel—a transformation wherein her DNA is being altered to be able to house a Maharlikan offspring. This occurs right after a successful union of a Maharlikan sperm (from an Antawu or Primuru) and her human egg. In this form, they gain a rudimentary telepathic ability limited between her partner/s and her offspring/s. The transformation can be permanent even after birthing unless one consumes a black betel nut or by way of excommunication by Bathala.

PRIMURU (Prime Maharlikan/The Harvested Ones | Newly Harvested Maharlikans are Called Bagong Pitas)
Eyes: Any Possible Form | Hair: Any Possible Form
This is the form with unlocked Maharlikan pinnacle potentials, possessing suprahuman abilities, powers, and extraordinary physique. There is also a more powerful form of Primuru: the Yvatan. They are the avatars of the fallen Lakans (deceased siblings of Bathala), and of the Sagadah dragons (primordial cosmic entities). There are only 3 known Yvatans—2 Lakan avatars and 1 Sagadah avatar. Bathala is limited to willfully choose his Yvatans for Lakans. Only a Sagadah dragon chooses its Maharlikan host.

DIVURU (Devolved Maharlikan/The Discarded Seeds | Not Eligible for The Harvesting)
Eyes: Black Sclera and Pupil (Light Violet Surrounding the Iris); Violet Iris | Hair: None
They are the excommunicated Maharlikans and have been stripped of their basic Maharlikan gifts (from being an Antawu or a Primuru). In this form, their skin turns pale gray and eyes are transmogrified. They also become impotent. However, in rare cases, they can be pardoned by Bathala, transforming them back to Antawu, but can never become a Primuru.

MAHARLIKAN REPRODUCTION:
A Myatarnu, a female Antawu/Primuru can only produce Maharlikan offsprings with a male Primuru/Antawu, but not with a human male. They cannot bear other types of progeny under any circumstances. However, a male Antawu/Primuru can sire Maharlikan offsprings with a Myatarnu, a female Antawu/Primuru, and a human female (turning her into a Myatarnu in the process). Divurus are permanently sterile unless they are transformed back to Antawu through royal pardon.
