I figure now that Arvalis is (probably) the single most famous artist on this site, there's a higher fan appreciation for anatomically correct mythical beasts.
Plus it's just a unique shape; gotta stand out where one can.

Dragons are always fun to draw. They can have a lot of movement to them because of their anatomy, the line of motion literally flows right through them.
