Blank:Β rozzers.deviantart.com/art/Colβ¦Ok so I basically threw my style out the window this time. Usually I have LOTS of dark lines everywhere, but this time I completely deleted the sketch layer and mad all but Dave completely line-less. Dave is nothing BUT lines, but they are all colored lines and they squish together in new and exciting ways. I've tried to draw line-less before but I somehow always end up giving up halfway through and putting the lines back in. I prevented myself from doing that this time by making all the sketches a light gray color that looked really stupid with all the other colors. Get thee behind me, Satan.
The color scheme challenge was definitely very interesting and constructive, and I think being forced to use only a handful of colors taught me how to use color in different/cooler ways. I would definitely recommend it.
I was gonna say something else but I completely forgot what it was. 0_o
Oh well.
By the way, the first one is supposed to be Aranea. Kinda hard to tell, since it is so zoomed in/glasses-less.
