hmmm... it doesnt look like a copy, its just better than the other (pardon me,hehe). or, try inverting the color-theme, a glassy red and white also looks nice.

I find the color scheme a bit dull, not bad but not really for my tastes. But the site looks very clean, stylish and professional. A bit heavy on content, but not too cluttered. What looks a bit odd to me is the way the header logo is centered at the top, the way there's so much empty space on both sides. Also I wouldn't have put the "Advanced search" in all caps (not on that font at least).
