You know, I think that this is your best work, because there's no apparent disproportions, and the shading is beautiful. Oh man... Did you use any references, bceause that would be awesome if it was completely from your head. That little finger twirl and "hey... wha.... what? I can't hear you, get closer," gesture is hilarious to me. Though, I guess it's probably not that funny if he's in the middle of a battle and is trying not to be killed. 
The only places that it falls a little flat is on the stomach where he's twisting around, and his chest by his shoulder. The shoulder looks perfectly round, but there's not enough definition between the space under his armpit and his arm. I think some thick lines to show us a little more contour would fix this completely.
Still, pretty awesome as-is.

I came up with this all in my head. Thanks for the critique. I am planning on redoing this picture. (though it may take a while i tend to jump around with what i am drawning, and recreating that pose is a bit of a pain)
