I think that because you are so beautifull , the noise purpose is to "mess up" the perfection of the face , and look real , otherwise it seems like angel model with extreeme photoshop.. My humble opinion.. Superb woman

I disagree about the noise, I think it makes no difference to the final outcome of the image. Some noise on digital images only serves to re-create the grain you get in film images anyway. If I have a heavy re-touching job I find myself adding noise.......

If there wasn't so much noise, her eyes would look amazing in BW. Nice shot though!
You might need to get your sensor cleaned if this is digital. I need to clean mine desperately.
