This looks REALLY great. My only criticism is something about the positioning of the eyes look odd.
Otherwise, Fantastic! The shading is done superbly. The line work for the hair is very vivid.

Wow! He looks perfect! Well almost..except for his lip but he still looks awesome. Its really hard to draw men with that kinds of cheek bones but you suceeded ^^
